Bio Hauszwetschken-Brand
Hauszwetschken Edelbrand is made from organically grown and hand-picked house plums, which come from old trees that stand around our company. The house plums are small, but particularly aromatic and produce a high-quality brandy. The fruits are carefully selected and, after distillation, stored in demijohns to enhance the aroma and flavor. The house plum brandy has an intense aroma of ripe fruit and a mild, slightly sweet taste. It is ideal as a digestif or to refine desserts.

Description
The house plum is a subspecies of the plum and also known as the "house plum". It has an oblong, oval shape with a smooth, thick, blue-purple skin. The flesh is yellowish-green and juicy. The house plum has a sweet and intense taste with a slight acid note. It is often used for jams, compotes, cakes and schnapps. The fruit is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals.
